I kind of hate this framing though I completely understand it and why you would use it. And in some ways I agree with it.

The closer we get the less I want to put into getting to at least one game in Seattle. Plus I noticed the Arvada Center is having a concert of a Celtic group I like the night of Egypt - Iran (maybe) in Seattle, the game I felt like might be the easiest one to get tickets to.
Thanks to that high speed chase in east Denver ending just before I got to 1-70 and 225 it took me a full 2 hours to get from Arvada to the airport tonight.

No, we don't agree on that. I have no issue with the current offside rule. I have an issue with how VAR, particularly in the PL, is handling the rule but the fundamental rule doesn't bother me.
And this suggestion doesn't fix the VAR issue.

I don't understand how you draw that conclusion given the example up thread. We're still going to be drawing lines but with this rule we're looking for overlap instead of no overlap. Its the exact same decision.
