The best way to get comfortable with hearing your voice on camera is to listen to hours upon hours of your own interviews, on half-speed so you can keep up with transcribing. Ask me how I know ._.

Whoa! Opened up my school email to some lovely messages congratulating me on winning the Excellence in Teaching Award for Graduate Teaching Assistants from UB's Graduate School. I really can't express how everything I learned about teaching came from having incredible examples and mentorship.
