I'm liking it a lot so far! Tough release date for these guys.

I've changed up my settings & am mostly happy with how it looks now.
9800X3D / 5090
Previous: 4K maxed with path tracing, DLSS Balanced + 2x frame gen.
New: 4K maxed NO RT AT ALL. DLAA. Plus two mods, film grain removal, & wider FOV (+40% normal +30% ADS)
It's far clearer & more playable now.
Planet of Lana II is out now on all platforms! π€―πππ₯Ήπ₯°. Thanks for all the support! And hope you enjoy your time on Novo!
Holy shit @lexluddy.xyz was so right. I just got to Raccoon City in Requiem and it's the greyest, most Xbox 360 looking bare ass environment I've seen in a long time. Did a different team make this?
Please just spend 2% of the money Elden Ring made on your tech fromsoft. You can afford it.
The new budget laptop displays being stuck at 1366x768 is

I think a lavish Bloodborne port (not a remake) is still viable & is the right way to go. Release the game largely as is, add HDR, 120 & 60fps modes across the board, clean up the textures and geometry, fix long standing bugs etc. Just make it a buttery joy to play.
Oh & full cross platform MP π
Grubb relentlessly pounds you with the shittiest gaming industry news possible like he's trying to make you cry. I would probably just give up and say, "I defer to my previous statement of this is all fucked" to every story.
The bottom of my PC case which has three 140mm fans blowing air from outside the case right into the GPU.
If you installed the clearly vibe coded Nvidia drivers from this morning you should revert them. On a lot of cards not all fans are spinning. Only 1 of 3 is spinning on mine and I just played a couple hours of Arc Raiders. Good thing my GPU cooling situation looks like this (Fractal Torrent).
It sucks that the PC ever getting Ghost of Yotei is now in doubt.
Don't worry it all pays off in the 17th game (which original came out in 2004) π
Samesies.
Iβm extremely proud to share Verses with the world starting today! πβοΈπ
Microsoft should have created a standard API for this so you could do it at the OS level circa 2007 but that goes for a lot of things.
The graphics pass they did with the new expansion really did a lot to catch the game up. I wouldn't call it a excellent looking game in 2026 but it's... handsome π
The FF7 Remake games look pretty great but they're full of technical hickups on PC (mostly stuttering).
Okay AMD let's name Zen 6 desktop CPUs. Just start with a 10, then add the core count. Lastly add an X or X3D if applicable. So a 1006X is the Zen 6 equivalent of the Zen 5 9600X.
1006
1006X
1008
1008X
1010
1010X
1012
1012X
1012X3D
etc etc
Simple and readable all the way up the stack.
This whole IGN is trash thing is so 2011 bro. Just move on with your life.
The thing is I think that dude truly loves games, but being part of MS meant Xbox was going to be sacrificed on the alter of AI no matter what he wanted for the brand.
Maybe this means they'll actually make these okay PC releases. I won't hold my breath though.
I think we're learning we all quietly loved Bluepoint a whole lot and we probably should have told them more often.
For my part I will continue to not give Sony any money.
I hadn't read tolkoto's post when I wrote this, I swear.
There are 100 awesome and profitable things this team could be doing right now. Instead we get this. Sony is not a serious company.
Okay I finished. What an incredible creation. Despite being a confusing Lynchian nightmare, the game communicate the themes incredibly clearly. Really it has more in common with 1917 (the movie) than Little Nightmares 1 & 2. What a damn ride.
Play this thing.
I haven't finished Reanimal yet but I'm a good way in. I find it to be an incredible expression of what @tarsierstudios.bsky.social has been building towards for the last 10 years. And holy crap it's gorgeous. Great job guys!
If you all of a sudden want a Steam Deck I recommend a used original ROG Ally with the Z1E SoC. SteamOS supports this model natively, it's faster, and there are a lot of great community mods. Good used prices for these are often $200 - $400.
An image of about half of Earth from space.
On October 5th, 1954 the data for this photo mosaic of earth was gathered. This was the first color image of our planet. It's incredible how much we didn't know in 1900 vs 2026.
The "not a chicken" camp in all those meetings about this game's main character really let the industry down.
Show me your rage (at proper resolution & framerate along with HDR & modern controls)
WTF
Project Windless (they sure spent a shit load of money on this for a game starring a red & white gym bro chicken)
