Yesterday after fighting with an AI to talk to a human customer service agent for hours I found myself saying "I miss the good old days when I could hit 0 and talk to a person" 😭

I like that the algorithm will show me vids I might like but I think we should have the choice to choose which vids the algorithm pays attention to. Maybe a thumbs up to tell the creator we liked that but a star to tell the algorithm, more of this and idk a ❌ to say "ignore this"

It makes it impossible to keep up with the misinformation being shared and also keep a normal social media account. I think they are using IPs now to push content too so making a second account doesn't always work. I want a "exclude this from the algorithm" button on every site 😭

Bc I can watch queer content all fucking day long and ya on occasion I'll get some antivax or natural eating vids which if I engage with them will also push you into the alt right pipeline, but as long as I block that account it's not an issue. But watch ONE car repair vid & holy hell 😡

If I like a man domain vid I'm pushed red pill content & porn. Its very difficult to get it off my FYP. PMO that men can't like things that genuinely interest them w/o this happening. I mean, I thought it was 🤷 I went to the pulmonologist bc I was getting bronchitis repeatedly after URI and turns out that's also asthma 😂

Doing the PFT and the second half was after Albuterol nebulizer...when they told me to breathe in I was confused bc I breathed in too fast 😂 it was too easy and I thought I was doing something wrong.

And it's SO weird breathing in without a "ceiling". I'm not sure how else to word it? It's like there's too much air? Like the air is a big big room? It's really odd

I think it got missed bc I never had a full attack. I've had some very slight wheezing on occasion this year but I actually went to the pulmonologist bc I URI wouldn't ever clear & often turn to bronchitis. He thought asthma but it wasn't on my radar at all 😂

I went out to do chores (which normally require me to sit many times to catch my breath and let the tachycardia calm tf down) and after two days of AirSupra I just *did* them. Sure I was breathing a lil more by the end but I didn't have to stop to rest 😂

Turns out when you tell a child, from a young age, that the reason they can't run is they're "out of shape" the said child (who's also Autistic) names the feeling they get running "out of shape" & ends up as an adult not knowing what "shortness of breath" feels like 🙃 Anyhoo, I have an inhaler now 😂

What's funny is I learned about it being derived from salmon semen after seeing a TikTok of someone having an anaphylactic reaction to roc & asking an anesthesia pal how common that is (apparently not uncommon) & talking abt different allergies & protamine not being used for fish allergies 😂

What confuses me is that it's still derived from salmon semen. I can understand using it in creating the drug but once the mechanism is known, wouldn't it be easier to lab make the molecules? I guess it's a byproduct of the fish industry so maybe it's cheaper this way
