This started off as a study on @jellyjampudding.bsky.social's style and turned into me asking anyone and everyone to tell me if my anti-aliasing is ok

You can do it!
You could write some lore in the alt text of each image and mention in the main caption that people could give it a look!
3D artists that happen to see this, what's your favorite tutorial(s) you've ever followed?
Very important lesson that is becoming harder and harder to internalize for artists that begin their journey in the current world
I'm still working on getting it to click
If you told me the right image was real, there's a chance I'd fall for it. Maybe a light fog from certain angles/distances could blend it together and sell it even more?

Just had to sit in hotel lobbies and write down UK guests' issues
Looks positively bussing
I'd like to announce I have a new(ish) Podcast! It's called GameDev Unsung Heroes, and it's basically interviewing all the names in games you don't know about what they do, their career path, a few stories along the way. All free.
Here's the link gamedevunsungheroes.com
I could use re-posting :)
So enticing, I wouldn't be able to say no

I think the biggest damage to the art community was the obsolescence of gallery sites (y!, deviantart, etc) and the rise of scroll-by social media, like twitter and even tumblr. Art is not ''content'', you shouldnt need to post art every day (or every month!) to be relevant. This mindset sucks.
Gotta check it out, cool!
ππ would it maybe perhaps be chill if I got in da list?
I think a while ago, like in the <2019 twitter days people were liking and commenting a lot more and then short form cooked the world so hard that no one feels like engaging with individual posts due to the sheer amount of media we consume per day.
This would be a fun way to heal that wound imo!
I think it'd be cool if @bsky.app added a daily quest system where users are encouraged to like or comment on posts.
Completing quests wins them cool customizations for their profile like coloring the page a certain way or changing the font it uses.
This would boost interaction fairly naturally :)
what I saw / what I drew
Dam, love the depth between the foreground and background! Really feels like there's a large expanse of fog that separates them
This tickles my brain in just the way it needed, thank you
