A little over 3 months without ADHD-meds. I feel like I’m settling in. Getting used to how I experience this version of my body and my senses. Apetite is up unfortunately. Gotta get back in the gym :P

A month without methylphenidate. It's going well. My mood is uneven and my energy levels are uneven, compared to a month ago. Everything is harder but not more than I expected. This is the worst time of year for me so if I can make it another 2 months the rest should be almost easy.

PDF:s and PDF/A will be the death of me. #SupportWrath #SupportVrede

My goal is to go without meds (methylphenidate) until the end of february, about 6 months. These past 9 days indicate that doing a lot of cardio will help so this might be the motivator I need to keep that up as well. My future me will be proud regardless of how this goes.

A while ago my doctor suggested I take a break from my ADHD-meds. I've been on them for like 10+ years so the plan is to evaluate if I still need them or want them.

Today is the start of my second work week without meds. All good so far. Almost everything demands even more effort than before.
