1,440 words today! Really rolling again and finding such a good groove, and I'm so excited to write some of the scenes coming up! I'm a month into this draft and pushing the halfway mark, with any luck I'll be done by April! #AmWriting

There are some chapters that flow out of you. The chapter I just finished was not one of those. It introduced a ton of new characters and details and it was really rough to finally get through. But between yesterday and today (1,069), it is drafted and done (for now)!! #amwriting
Today wasn't the best writing day, but it was still a writing day! I got done 831 words of a tough chapter that introduces a ton of new characters and a new setting. I feel better taking these kinds of scenes slower to make sure it's done right, so I'll still count it as a win! #amwriting

When writing about nature, write in beautiful scenic places! Most of The Littles of Big Wild's nature scenes come from our trips to Maine! I carry my laptop everywhere there (I almost lost it during that sailboat pic!) and the descriptions just flow!
