My uncle just messaged me to let me know my dad just passed away. I don't entirely know how I'm supposed to feel. He was a drunkard and a bastard that abandoned us as a kid as well as several half siblings.
@netherchorus
I'm a fan of science fiction, fantasy, and horror. I grew up listening to rock and metal and I've been getting into Japanese Metal/Rock bands like Babymetal, Band-Maid, Nemophila, Hanabie and most recently Phantom Siita. I'm still an avid gamer.

This guy is absolutely hilariousπ€£. www.youtube.com/watch?v=JmiJ...
I hope everyone had a safe and happy New Years Eve.
I really enjoyed both Peter Stormare and Tilda Swinton's performances in Constantine as well.
It's well worth it. I legit enjoy my limited experience with Romancing Saga which is mainly a fan sub of 3 and then the more recent remake, but I really appreciate the quality of life improvements to the system.
The game also has a bit of a dark souls vibe where there is permadeath if a character dies too many times, but you can recruit a new character of the same class with the same stats and skills. It's worth checking out either the modern reboot or the 2017 remaster of the classic SNES game.
It's not too bad. basically there's an enemy strength ranking that slowly increases based on the number of battles you fought. The nice thing is your growth levels are effected by enemy strength so your skills level up faster, but your gear will hold you back until you catch up.
Ironically I'm currently playing Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven which doesn't use character levels but weapon/magic skill levels and grinding early on actually makes the game harder.
NiNi is incredibly talented and well worth checking out. www.youtube.com/watch?v=oW03...
@theoctopuslady.bsky.social I really enjoy your YouTube videos. I've always been a sci-fi fan which has lead me to have a lot of interest in strange an unusual life forms and the ocean never disappoints.
Cute little kid.
Found out my mom's free of skin cancer. So grateful π
Glad to hear it!
Thanks. I listen more for the sound than the meaning, but knowing the lyrics can also affect how well you vibe with a song.
What if I like to refer to it as Shitter?
ah gotcha
Or how everyone speaks English. At least Star Trek introduced the "universal translator" to explain it away.
The lack of an English translation surprised me when watching the original mv. Hanabie is usually really good about including a translation.
He won't be happy until he owns every private jet.
Damn I had chatted with her a bit just a few hours ago. I wonder what happened in that time
Glad to hear it!
He's busy making up for lost time with his couch.
@allidoisnguyen.bsky.social How are you feeling?
I'm replaying pathfinder and help off the most annoying optional dungeon until last. It's puzzle after puzzle and some of them don't give you any real clues as to what you're supposed to do so I'm definitely tabbing in and out following a guide.
I've got Stardew Valley and Minecraft with some interest in Animal Crossing and Fields of Mistria. I enjoy Stranger Things and TWD, but tend to post a lot more East Asian Horror.
Yeah but at least your dog won't turn out to be the evil mastermind behind your descent into hellish madness
This video by @legaleagle.bsky.social is well worth checking out. www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3y9...
It took a bit of hunting lol.
At least all of our deaths will be backed by a killer sound trackπ€.
