I rope-dropped Animal Kingdom (AK) this morning to test new wait-time models.
The comparator was an AK CM who knows park ops really well, doing their own thing.
The new models saved 30 mins, or 22% vs the DAK CM.
A key insight the models had was to meet Mickey & Minnie right after Pandora.
