I'm glad I did. The scenery was gorgeous and it was just so relaxing and invigorating. The next time the weather cooperates and I have time, I want to explore them further.

The weather is so nice today, so when I got home, I went out for a walk. There are some bike trails near my condo that I've never explored, so I decided to fix that.

You know what my favorite part of this story I'm working on is so far?
Well, as many of you know, I keep a list of people who've crossed certain lines with me. I write them into stories and get my revenge on them by turning them into characters people cheer to see die.

Well, I had a busy day. I ran errands all over town; did a whole lot of administrative work for the writing career; got a rejection on a story and then submitted it elsewhere; and still managed to find time to get ready for tomorrow!

Hasn't been so bad today. Honestly, I'm more anxious about the stack of books next to my bed right now. So, I think I'll focus on getting through that tonight.

I've got a bunch of stuff I need to get done this week. One story that I need to finish for paid patrons, one that I need to implement feedback on before I send it to an editor on the 16th. Also need to get some homework done for an art mentorship, but I should have time.

Question for my fellow horror fans: you're showing someone Ghost Watch for the first time. When you tell them about it, do you make it seem like what they're about to watch really did happen on live TV in 1992? Or do you tell them the history of the movie before going in?

Remember, if someone is being an asshole to you online, don't engage. They want to get a rise out of you. Just block them, report them if they've crossed certain lines (you know which ones I'm talking about), and move on. You'll thank yourself later.

The Bride was good for thirty minutes. And then it went zigzagging all over the place. I wanted to like it, especially since I dig the theme of finding yourself and your womanhood through death and reanimation. But ultimately, The Bride was more noise than anything else.

Moved the mint wine to a new container today. So far, it tastes like alcoholic cough syrup, so I added some sugar to back-sweeten it. I look forward to seeing how it progresses in two months.
Those last three aside, there are plenty of ways to help your favorite author. Trust me, every book sold and every review written gives us the power to write thousands more words. You're the ones who give us that power.
