Women’s enrollment in hockey is at an all-time high in Canada, so I think it’ll come! I’m a little sad my daughter no longer plays, it was cool to be a part of for a few years.

Totally, I just think they serve overlapping but slightly different ends. The men also have plenty of prospects coming out of NCAA, after all, but have the AHL too.

I think it would especially benefit players who might otherwise be reserve players, and prospects who need aren’t quite ready.

(What’s missing now is an AHL-equivalent feeder league that can develop talent, but I hope that’ll come in time)

The PWHL is great hockey, and it’s gotten so much better since the first season. It’s amazing how just having an established professional league gives women’s hockey the opportunity to grow.

Well it WAS a great game even if I really wanted it to go the other way. Amazing hockey though!

I just want a better game than the one they played in the preliminaries. That was a bloodbath. If we can even just make the Americans sweat a little that’ll be fine (tho obviously I’d prefer gold)

Awesome! I have Clip Studio (just haven’t used it much), and I think Affinity is free now so maybe I’ll have to make this the year I switch.

I’ve been wanting to do this but have been a coward! It’s tough to let go of the familiar. What did you switch to?

The PWHL Sceptres beat the Victoire, the Flames beat the Oilers, and Canada won their game at the World Juniors (although kudos to Latvia, they played HARD).
