A random selection of citizens can understand evidence in trials, they do it all the time .You can reframe this process however you’d like but they were there to assist the court in resolving a fair verdict. He was found liable.
A federal jury did find credible evidence of sexual assault and defamation.
It turns out the U.S. did a “double tap” attack just as emergency responders were arriving at the girls’ elementary school. This is what the Russians do routinely in Ukraine.
That’s a war crime under international humanitarian law.
