This just tastes like a slightly grittier cheesey potatoes.

So immersion blended lentil into a paste. Added bacon bits.
Plated over fried potatoes. (All simple seasonings. Garlic, onion, season salt, pepper, but of soy sauce for color.
And ...
The sauce has a cheesey texture. But the flavor is solid.
I was prepared to hate this. Its solidly not bad

Somebody wish me luck.
Im gonna try and see if its possible to gravy-ify lentils. (And make it tasty)
