Have you seen this yet? I’ve been worried about the influence of apocalyptic Christian nationalism in the military but to have them openly telling their subordinates the war is to bring about the apocalypse and Jesus return is terrifying.

And our intelligence allies probably won’t share intel with us. Because people couldn’t vote for a woman.

I don’t really pay attention to charges of doomerism. I don’t know what it means offline.
I do know that refusing a version of how the future will unfold forecloses on the power that actually shapes that future. That’s not disavowing that tech changes are happening but they are in now a given.
