Back in 2020, I wrote the score THE FIGHT FOR GREENLAND, a doc about a nation fighting for control of its land and future.
Today, with Trump’s push to 'acquire' Greenland, the story is the same: powerful outsiders are interested, but Greenlanders’ voices are clear: their home is not for sale.
A moment for ‘The Silent Lake’ from my 2021 album FIRST. In writing this track, I imagined a huge body of water in the middle of the forest. The relief of silence, trees reflected in the water’s surface. It’s an image that brings me comfort and peace.
