I believe that instead of lower court judges being appointed as justices, constitutional law professors should be holding those positions. They know the law better than anyone.

@tribelaw.bsky.social Having followed and read so many of your posts, I think instead of having lower court judges appointed to the Supreme Court, to my way of thinking, it would make more sense to have constitutional law professors appointed. Especially since the current court has been compromised.
