many repetitive strain injuries are preventable. ergonomics matter! don't compromise on your posture and physical comfort! (if you work with pliers, vet wrap is a great way to cushion your handles!)

there are few things I love more than making stuff, and I am struggling to name any of them. here's to putting more time, energy, and love into creative projects in 2026
