🫠 I'm so fucking sick of the appetite suppression from my adhd meds. they're not doing enough for me to be able to self-motivate to eat when I'm not hungry, but they're also doing enough that I haven't felt hungry for over 20hrs.
the biggest thing I'm still trying to drill into myself is, know when to say no, know when to say it's not my circus. my excitement leads me to overextend and my energy drains like a bucket where each relationship and project is a hole in the side.
I'm glad ttrpgs made it so we could cross paths! but also 🫂 for the hurt and exhaustion :(
