His earliest film, THE AMERICAN ASTRONAUT, is truly one of the most unique low-budget, singular vision sci-fi musicals you will ever see. I haven’t seen it in years — and obviously James was just getting started, so I wasn’t looking for him — but I am now going to rewatch in his honor.
It cuts off about 12 seconds in every time, so I think it’s done; that’s enough to see how brutal that story was gonna be, though. I can’t even imagine what a bummer it must be to be working at 60 Minutes right now, they used to be the gold standard of reporting…
The good thing is they didn't tamper with the original lettering, and I wouldn't be surprised if the vile new lettering was put up with some kind of temporary adhesive. This is just for his dementia-riddled brain, everyone knows it's coming down as soon as he's in the ground.
At least they didn't mess with the original lettering; this can be easily taken down after the most anticipated day in recent history.
