4. Make Union Station the Amtrak Station.
5. SLU and NWSL ownership group partner to reno SLU soccer stadium and bring expansion NWSL team
6. Urban and progressive inner-ring burbs allow City to annex them.
7. Become leading US City to build autonomous trams lines.

No brainers I think #STL should make happen:
1. Permanent (flood proof) stage at River with arch stairs as amphitheater. At least 10 shows a year. Would immediately become one of the most iconic concert views along with places like red rocks, etc
2. Bowl game at the dome. “Gateway Bowl”
