I'm not saying Trump is a Russian asset, just that I can't think of anything he'd be doing differently if he were.

A lot of Trumpers spew lies and conspiracy theories and then tell others to prove them wrong. No. That's not the way this works. If you're going to claim something, show sufficient hard evidence from reliable sources that definitively proves you're right.

"Also, you would be prettier if you smiled more." Seriously?

We need diverse representation not only so every kid can see themselves as the hero of the story, but so that every kid can understand that *other* kinds of kids are *also* the heroes of the story.

Representational diversity is important not just for minority kids to see themselves represented, but for the majority kids to understand that they're not the only ones that can be the center of an interesting story.

Daughters are no longer raised to be wives. They're raised to be people. And some people are really not okay with that. They're not being taught to sacrifice themselves for the comfort of others. Not being told that marriage is the finish line. Not being conditioned to make themselves smaller to be loved. They're being raised to earn their own money, choose their own timing, live alone if they need to, and not apologise for wanting more. They're building lives where love is welcome but not begged for. They're questioning things their mothers had to silently accept. They're choosing healing, not just habits. And for people who are used to obedience, that kind of freedom looks like defiance.

The 400 richest Americans are now worth a record $6.6 trillion, after getting $1.2 trillion richer over the past year alone.

Meanwhile, the rest of the country is getting squeezed by tariffs and high prices for groceries, utilities, and health care.

The system is broken.

Ever wondered why walking around museums is weirdly tiring? At normal speed our legs act like pendulums, swinging forward from the hip & saving us a huge amount of energy. In "museum shuffle" our muscles must do ALL the work of constant readjustment. So cake in the cafe is scientifically justified 🥳
