Yes but people often unaware of alternatives. It’s a clear cross London route: Have done a few Level 3 Bikeability training sessions with experienced riders who commute on it. Part of training to learn safer routes. But takes time and frustrating if you take a wrong turn and don’t know London well.
With railcard it’s possible to get a seat on the sleeper for under £40. But agree cabins way too expensive and no longer possible to just purchase one berth: have to pay for whole cabin penalising solo travellers. Why is flying so cheap? So carbon loading. Air fares need raising, train lowering

Infuriating isn’t it? Good heads and teachers know this is not teaching. They invite guests from the community into assemblies to present topics like this: guests who have skills and knowledge in areas the teaching team may not. They don’t dump their prejudiced opinions on kids and call it teaching
