I know it means little in this world we are living in but this man, up and semi active again is everything to me.

There was also one in Cincinnati last night at a music venue. It isn't headline news because 9 people were shot but no one died....

In the same group, I don't regret the increase in pizza consumption. I may regret the increase in my waist though not enough to stop chasing those recommendations!
