The Marion County Office of the County Engineer Stormwater Management Program invites you to its Splash into our Water Resources Art and Photography Contest
Who: elementary, middle, and high school students in Marion County
What: Creative entries depicting any of the following themes: Marion County rivers, lakes and springs, wildlife, water cycle, karst or limestone features, water uses by early inhabitants and recreation in water.
Students are invited to submit entries in the following categories:
Art
Original illustrations created in a print or digital format. If print, paper size must not exceed 8 1/2 by 11 inches.
Photography
Original, unedited digital photographs.
Entries must be at least 300 dots per inch (DPI) in size.
A selection committee will recognize winning entries through publication of artwork and photographs on the 2026 Marion County H2OMG webpage.
When: Entries are due March 13, 2026, and may be emailed to Water Resources@marionfl.org. Print entries may be submitted to:
