At the first ever Winter Cycling Congress in Oulu๐ซ๐ฎ (2013) there were no rental/shared bikes for tours. So we asked regular people to lend their bikes to the congress participants - in return they would get a hotel breakfast while the excursions were going on. โ๏ธ๐ดโโ๏ธ
