Sin City: The Hard Goodbye - Honestly this book is incredible, the heavily stylized black and white art opened my eyes to new possibilities of what you can do in a comic book. The story's great too, really interesting stuff. Great comic
Batman: The Dark Knight Returns (reread) - I'll be honest, I owe this book an apology. I had a really ungenerous read of it when I initially read it several years ago, and I really don't think that read holds up at all on reexamination. This is an incredible comic in ways I did not appreciate before
DC: The New Frontier (reread) - Yeah this shit rules. It honestly gets better every time I read it, there's so much going on and new things to appreciate every time.
