Oh now I support Sofia even more...
(Glad to see that detail from #UntilThen Afterimages trailer)
(7) As Long As You're Here: Having seen family members suffer dementia, Autoscopia Interactive really made a painful and powerful hour long experience over this condition and how it affects families and their memories. Putting it along with Time's Arrow for stories that made me cry.
(6) Falling Back in Love with Being Human by Kai Cheng Thom: Maybe I am too cynical and think its a bit too preachy. Regardless, I think books like these are important, especially in the jaded environment we live now. That and also listening to minority voices. Not 100% my book but it's needed.
(5) Iron Lung: This movie, to me, had flaws but they were upstaged by the amount of passion and sincerity that oozed out of every minute of it. The camera shots especially were great. Give it a watch, its a fun time.

(4) Tron Legacy: I enjoyed this movie significantly more than the original Tron. While it does feel under cooked in some aspects, its sincere in what it tries to tell with its messages further conveyed thanks to Daft Punk as the composer. The OST alone is worth the watch.
(3) Goodnight Universe by Nice Dream: I think this game is weaker than Before Your Eyes due to having to explain away its sci fi. I also wish more development was put on the family as I know the sci fi is used for themes on generational trauma. There are still great moments but its weaker imo.
(2) The Guy She Was Interested In Wasn't A Guy At All Volume 3 by Sumiko Arai: The interactions between Aya and Mitsuki were really cute. I know they'll be together in later volumes but its cute either way.
NEW MEDIA THREAD:
(1) Starting off with Carmilla by Sheridan Le Fanu. I like the story that was present and yes, yuri do be yuri even if there are iffy implications with the vampire bits and all. Still enjoyable. Feel free to give a read.
Getting back onto my fighting game fixation. So what better way to come back than by showing some of those ideas? Starting with Fixer from #1000xResist

(59) Slay the Princess: After weeks since beating the game, I think I can finally form an opinion in the game. I love it. I love the things I got when playing as well as writing and the music accompanying it. Especially the themes of love and change. Great game, please play.

In light of all of this happening, especially to my friend, @starsmiley.bsky.social and so many others, please be there to support the victims and whoever was hurt. My heart goes out to these folks. Iโm so sorry this all happened to you.
After my braincell decided to cook and me talking to Brazilian oomfs I ended up with, Brazilian Fixer. Have fun.

(58) Tron: I can see how this movie gained its following due to its effects. It holds up well despite its age. Same cannot be said for the story where it feels like a nerd's power fantasy though I won't be too harsh on it. Also TIL the composer for the movie is a trans woman. So that's neat.
