We were a little south of Bergerac, the wine was absolutely stunning. I’m not a massive drinker of wine usually, but the local stuff we had was very very good

We are asking fans to join us in welcoming the team into Goodison Park for the final time.

Please line the streets of Walton Lane from the Glass House, past the club shop, the Hot Wok,down Goodison Road.

The coach could arrive anytime from 10am.

I think results helped either. I’m not making excuses for the club, I think they’ve been poor, but seeing the responses to anything they’ve posted online after a string of defeats may have left them unwilling to put more stuff out. I don’t think they’ve been bold enough or brave enough at all

Something that’s come up in conversations I’ve had with people over the last few days is the complete disparity between Dyche labelling everything about the final season as ‘noise’ and the club trying to promote fairwell celebrations. At the time, I think it definitely caused issues
