Someone ask Bill Gates to send me a million dollars. I'll be set for life and the first thing I'll do is take a long afternoon nap.
It's been 16 years but I still haven't given up hope that we'll get Crank 3 someday.
If they can simply assert your activities are aligned with terrorism, and based on that assertion alone with no process they can disappear you, itβs over. We have to keep fighting in the courts, but the most important thing is to build with people in your own community to protect people.
I just need one page really.
I often think about this post.
If youβre an LGB without the T/Q person, block me and fuck off.
FYI this is different from Target. PBS is a nonprofit that depends on federal funding. They were essentially forced to comply in order to stay afloat and be able to keep doing the work they've been doing, only now it'll be in the shadows. Now is not the time to boycott or pull your support from PBS
We're overdue for another Will Smith slap
Fresh hair + cos lineup for MAGFest. I'm hyped for this weekend beyond words. LFG.
Nah, read however you prefer or are able! I bought the book on Kindle, but couldn't read it. Like I kept freezing up. I thought the audiobook would be easier for me to get through and it was. But that's not always the case, sometimes I have to read rather than audiobook π€·
The only winners here are China and the billionaires behind Meta and X, who lobbied for this ban.
Meta, X, and Tiktok are now all effective open shills of the Trump administration.
Reinstate Tiktok there or not, the US is cooked either way. The American social media monopoly needs ending.
The people being obtuse are the ones who only care about something if they realize they have a personal stake in it. Otherwise they don't care and they don't think you should either. Typical conservative/liberal thinking.

Guy with an MBA: this ancient wisdom is blowing my mind
The audiobook is great - Jeannette herself reads it and there are several parts where you can feel her emotions coming through. It was a really hard book for me to get through bc reasons, but I appreciate her putting all that shit out there. The personal stuff and exposing the industry
Yes
Anita Bryant isn't going to see your hurtful posts and jokes about her death but your friends who enjoy them will so that's what they call a win-win situation
LGBTQ, Black, women and immigrant folks leaving Meta in response is exactly what they want. Attrition of the demographics they want to eliminate from power to reify white male supremacy. This is a social engineering project by the oligarchs to entrench white supremacy.
Once again they will never be happy because they can never be happy

To be fair, I thought anything from the 1960s/70s was old when I was growing up in the 90s, which is the equivalent amount of time. We're really at that stage though, where our childhood decade is now old/vintage/retro π
I think you mean Cunt Eastwood
something for those kids and simply refusing to. We're pack animals. We survive through community.
There are just. Some really goddamn terrible people in this world. It's appalling and shameful.
It is literally unfathomable to me that billionaires will sit at home shit posting on social media instead of doing everything in their power to make sure kids don't go to bed hungry. That they don't die of preventable diseases. That they're safe. Genuinely, I cannot fathom having the power to do

Jimmy Carter when they told him he'd be attending Trump's 2nd inauguration in a few weeks
We have a couple of albums and I have a small album for wallet sized photos that I keep with me. I love having physical photos too, and it's pretty easy/accessible to do anymore with phone camera + online print services that just come to your door!
I missed this! It depends on the day, but I have a lot of variety activity books that have different things on each page (word search, crossword, hanjie, sudoku, math puzzles etc) and some that are just word search bc those are my favs. I like having a mix so I can do whatever strikes my fancy atm
The nice thing about both is they're as easy or as hard as you want them to be too. I tend to go for simpler activity books, but bigger puzzles. Having a range of choice like that is really nice for me
