Bayman Books is going out of business. This means very soon, my novella, The Shadow of Memory, will no longer be available. It'll be a hard sell to get another publisher to take it on, that leaves me with self-publishing it, or add it to my upcoming collection. Not the best news.

Was the movie Civil War ahead of it's time and predicting a quickly approaching reality? Sometimes I see the news and think 100%.
If Doug Ford abolishes rent control, it'll create the largest housing crisis in Ontario. Rent is too high already with a one bedroom going for $2400 a month. And without rent control, I've seen landlords raising it $500+ after a year. The elderly, students, and others are at risk of being homeless.
