Huh, the more you know!
@benjamage
Your local nerdy Christian, with a passion for kart racers and platformers. Occasionally makes gaming reviews on YouTube. Currently developing CALICO WILDER, my own indie 3D platformer! Hope you have a great day! ^^
Huh, the more you know!
Remy? :O
"I wish I lived in the 2000s"
Wait until they hear about the Great Recession.
Currently no.
I guess you could say Iβm GLaD to share this meeting of two funny, ambiguously evil AIs!
It was so lovely to meet Ellen McLain - she was seriously such a sweetheart!!
And with the remaining eShop money, I decided to double-dip and get the Switch version of Rift of the NecroDancer (and a few of its DLC packs).
I think I might like this game a bit. XD
Watch her be the mid-credits reveal.
Ohh, yep, I am *very* familiar with this aesthetic. Just didn't know that was the name.
Thank ya!
The Utopian Scholastic era?
I've probably seen it before, but I don't recognize that title.
Workshopping a theory
Brand/genre fatigue used to be accompanied by people actively deciding to avoid thing, but due to the modern age of fandom and FOMO fatigue now takes the form of harsher criticism and louder complaining because people are unwilling to go without despite being tired of it.
I guess someone in-universe decided to turn the Raccoon City incident into a video game?
ποΈ Speak, DLC! is out!
A brand new foundation mod project for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, overhauling the sound effect banks of (almost) every DLC character in the game! This project will be progressively updated to support more characters, both current and future!
It took me a moment to notice.
Well played. XD
Part of the Reason Square abandoned Nintendo's platform in favor of the Playstation for FFVII and beyond.
ppl who still commission their favourite artists even in this era where everyone is broke and genAI is being pushed on us at every opportunityβyou are appreciated more than words can express!!!
The 2020-2021 market boom was truly the worst thing to happen to video games. A bunch of fair-weather investors swept up countless studios, then spent several years realizing you canβt βline goes upβ art production and slowly gave up
You talked me into it lol
It's a rainy day and Tails, lost in thought, ponders out the window at the dull, gray world.
Have you ever wanted to fly high so you could you have you you want to you could so much you'll reach the highest of all of the heavens?
It's once again funny to me how much Nintendo's avoiding doing a general Direct.
That said, do movie trailers really warrant their own Directs?
I don't. I just make stuff and hope folks like it. Community support and sponsors pick up the slack, and I don't grow nearly as consistent as some of my contemporaries, but I ultimately choose what I want to do.
I'm not exactly the best example of success on the platform, but I am content.
plus it has that pre-rendered environment aesthetic I was literally reminiscing over yesterday, so I'm down to give it a try.
Thanks for all the suggestions, BTW! ^^

Still got eShop money left over, but here's what I picked up last night.
Jenny LeClue was on sale for $3 for (at the time) 10 more minutes, and it looked neat, so I snatched it.
And I've been told Crow Country's a perfect horror game for people not into horror games (aka people like me),

The jump in quality between FP1 and FP2 cannot be overstated. I think you'll have a blast with it when you get around to it. ^^
I haven't.
I have not.
I got gifted that one on PC, so I'll likely play it there.
I've got just under $100 on my account right now.
Yep, that explains a lot.
Got some eShop money, anyone have any recommendations for Switch / Switch 2 games?
Preferably not platformers or racing games, I wanna try branching out a bit more genre-wise.
