When I was doing my undergrad I wanted to get some more mapping and GIS knowledge and ended up taking an epidemiology unit because the coverage in the geology department wasn't nearly as robust.

A Labrador dog reclining on a dog bed, staring out the window.
Seamus when my wife was away a few weeks ago, he spent his entire waking time staring down the driveway looking for signs she was coming home.
I remember seeing someone refer to Doom as a Wolfenstein clone.
No one is more cooked on the roads here than Amarok drivers. Except maybe the dudes who bought a Mercedes X-class, but to be fair I'd be pretty mad if I spent 90k on a Nissan Navara as well.
A screen capture of Avengers: Infinity War featuring Chadwick Boseman as King T'Challa, with the caption "Get this man an animation studio!"
A stain of a spilled coffee with a coffee cup lid on the footpath.
Someone's day was looking better and then got immeasurably worse.
A cartoon drawing of two muscular men's arms, clasping. One is the Wheel of Fortune card from Balatro, one is the Heads Chance 25% from Unfair Flips, and the hands are Nope! from Balatro and Tails.
I got the hang of movement in FISH FEAR ME and I'm having a lot of fun.
Seamus (14 in December) made it known that his new food didn't agree with him by nibbling my wife's fingers at 2 in the morning the other night... the bring attention to the fact that he had thrown it up all over the rug in the loungeroom.
Buttons? Bloody luxury! We spun that big wheel around with all the clicks and never complained about it, both ways in the snow.
If you go Trial Harbour, you'll find it all over the place. The Exploration field house I stayed at in Rosebery has many many pieces of it in the yard from visiting geologists who took too many pieces and had to choose which ones to bring home, it's almost like a rock garden of green and purple.
Can you let JR know that after I heard him talking about Astro City in the most recent pod, I pulled over as soon as I could and ordered it online. Brilliant recommendation, many thanks.
He saw the reddit response to the Boston Bombings and learned the entirely wrong lessons

Perovskite deserves it considering how much of a strong showing Calcite has had in past Cups.
And if you have people who are gun illiterate writing these regulations, you end up with the "shoulder thing that goes up" and it is utterly meaningless.
We had a Commodore Plus/4 at home in 1985, with Chucky Egg being my game of choice. First ever computer I used was an Apple II at the Community Center where my mother volunteered, and the first game I ever played was Transylvania. This would have been 1983-ish?
It's now lost to the depths of time, but the walkthrough I wrote for Quest for Glory 2 and uploaded to happypuppy dot com via my high school computer lab in 1992 was my first contribution to the world of online. There wasn't much of an internet, 33 years ago, but I was part of it.
No joke, doing Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (twice, once in the Army and once as a geologist) was a massive amount of fun. Clearly the real thing would be a lot more stressful but if you're of sound body and heart I would definitely recommend it.
...get someone else to pay for it, though
Gabriel Iglesias already is already richer than Creosote, but I guess that Saudi culture-washing cash hits different.
This is an argument I've seen supporting the mass harvesting of IP and art across the internet.
"don't like it, make better legislation" to me is an admission that they know it's wrong but want to grift while the grifting is good.
A layered sample of lead-zinc ore showing brighter layers of galena (lead ore) and duller layers of sphalerite (zinc ore) with minor yellow layers of pyrite (iron sulphide) and the black shale hosting the deposit.
Old photo of a sample in my collection from the Century Mine in Queensland, Australia. World-class lead-zinc deposit, finished up mining around 2015. Called Century because it was explored for more than 100 years before CRA Limited finally cracked it.
Double feature suggestion for Apollo 13: The Martian. Watching smart science people do smart science things to Get Their Boy(s) Home is supremely satisfying then and now.
Marmite? You mean Methadone Vegemite?
In Spain, we drank a delicious concoction called kalimotxo; half and half sweet red wine and ice cold coca cola. A lot of the Irish lads I know would definitely be fond of it.
we got a new spider not that long ago!
It's from Australia, it's a much-larger version of the most deadly spider on the planet and also we named it The Newcastle Big Boy
sorry
