I am experimenting with logo ideas. I painted this tree image a very long time ago and it was even published in the Big Issue. I decided to use it but couldn’t figure out the tech side. My children stepped in to help. My daughter created the first by hand. My son created the other two with AI.

Has echoes of the slave trade

Not much going on - spent most of Christmas being ill with a chest infection that keeps returning. Have a gig in Totnes on the 27th and a writing workshop on the 22nd - more details to come.

New name for our poetry and spoken word night in Newton Abbot. I’m your host and all are welcome.

Sold the purple and pink brooches. Have yet to put the necklace on sale and am keeping the yellow rose for myself to wear at memorial times. Currently making more

Made a few pretty things.

The workshop I’ve been asked to do for the local library is now being advertised. At the moment I am trying to see how much I can do before my body screams no. Don’t expect me to be very active on the 30th of Nay.

Some of the jewellery I make will soon be available to see and purchase (if interested) at the Plot Hub in Newton Abbot. I tend to upcycle broken jewellery and mix it with charms and beads to make something new. I can make bespoke pieces but do not have the facilities to deal with precious metals.

Plum tree in blossom (pity I don’t actually like plums). Blue sky but very cold. Hoping my cold gets better as I have a gig tonight.

FB seems to be getting more risky. I’m getting messages from people I allegedly ‘follow’ but have never had any attention of following. Friends seem to be disappearing. Might have to ditch it at some point. It is a shame as it one of the only one social media sites I can figure out.

Had a very successful Poetry at the Plot last night. 14 poets came to share their words and we had an appreciative audience too. It was so nice to see so many new faces there as well as old friends.

We should put it all in one place. I am a technical idiot and rubbish at that sort of thing. Any offers?

Good name

Maybe we should start a recipe channel so we can make our own - who knows it might create some small ethical businesses that can help with the BDS.

Just used my block button for the first time. Trump supporter tried to follow me. Apparently likes to convince everyone that the pictures we see of the atrocities in the world are fake. Or fakke. Their spelling and grammar was awful.
