i wish i hadn't burnt myself out of practicing melee when i started by playing fox because now that i actually play a character i find fun practicing and playing, melee is so much less of a chore. in a world not too different than ours, i would've been a 3-2er luigi or DK by now

the lesson to learn from 2020 is to actually fight. no more empty promises that it will all naturally return to "normal" once you've toppled the main guy and just fart around for four years. be an actual democrat, believe what you're saying, and act proactively for once.
there are people who are willing to actually fight but they're behind the plexiglass of the most uninspiring, well-funded schlock you've ever seen. you have hakeem jeffries and chuck schumer chumming it up with the GOP while the constitution gets shredded to bits and the common people suffer
i could back AOC but i doubt she'd run. gavin newsom doesn't believe a word that comes out of this own mouth. buttigieg is buttigieg and kamala is kamala. you're left with what? jb pritzker? cory booker? gretchen whitmer? phil murphy??
i legitimately do not know who among the 2028 field is willing to actually fight and push back against all of this. no one is inspiring to me, all of the dems are either some flavor of opportunistic grifter or would never run for POTUS.
