The wormhole in Interstellar: A stunning, almost "cheating" Interstellar shortcut. Reality is harsh: If the universe truly has shortcuts, they are neither safe, harmless, nor available on demand!
1. The cost of folding spacetime: Wormholes don't make you travel faster-they make the path "shorter"! General Relativity: Wormhole structures are unstable and collapse instantly! A tremendous cost, even at a civilizational level! They are never free but filled with risks.
2.What happens when traversing a wormhole? It's not a simple "whoosh"-it's more like a gamble! Step 1: A barely held-open passage Wormholes aren't naturally wide open; they're fragile structures that could close at any moment.Require immense energy to sustain-any delay could render them useless! Step 2: The test of tidal forces Like an out-of-control gravitational meat grinder! Step 3: Extreme fluctuations in radiation and energy
