That’s a really good way to put it. It has felt like my brain has been stalling. Like for an example, when talking to people, I’m hearing people, I’m just *listening*- things aren’t clicking and stuff lol
I should dedicate a time to air shit out to stay sane
Being able to talk about it to different people has gave me that revelation and all I can say is I am GLAD I am already in therapy XD
I’ll still do my best to get through I work I need to do as I fear I’ll never touch it again if I let it fall
For the past week, I’ve realized I haven’t quite processed everything the way I should be… I think me trying to be more nonchalant about it for others as I get to work to move, it’s put a dent in my well being.
I’m constantly feeling uneasy to a point where that’s distracting me from work…
