Not that I'm saying the remakes will have zombies like in 9, this was just a random chain of thought. Sorry, I am just thinking about one of my favourite game series a lot right now

I've also watched all the games except 6 I think. And any small ones like ... outbreak? and the rail shooters etc.

games I've played so far:

RE 1 - all versions, love it
RE 2 original - love it
RE 0 - love it
RE 4 orginal - unfinished because bad camera options
Revelations 1 - love it
Revelations 2 - unfinished too scared, might go back.
Code Veronica X - unfinished, Alfred's laugh is iconic tho.
RE 8 - love it

I should watch the remakes again (or maybe play them...) but I'm that annoying person who will always love the original more so I haven't appreciated those games that much.

But RE 7,8 and 9 have been so fucking good

It's also impressive to watch let's players play so well, or so badly but they somehow bumble their way to victory anyway. I need to make every bullet count this game is kind of difficult so far 😂

ah that is reassuring ha thank you 😅 There is a fun element to trying to be efficient about it but with how slow the game moves it can be a bit tedious too. It's all good though. I just need to not be so scared, like maan I already braved this once come on 😂

I can see how the game isn't scary to some, and I'm always fine watching scary games it's just playing them that gets me.
But I also think this game has done horror really well, there's so many cool things about it and I'm still at the start T_T

I'm so bad at RE games that I have to reload my save and do stuff several times before I feel like I did it well enough, and then I watch people play it and they do it better than me first time lol now I have to redo again.

But as someone who is so bad at horror games I'm just amazed I'm continuing

I hate the depression therapy I get put on because they say stuff like "if you don't have the evidence that someone doesn't like you then it's all in your head" which is such bs when people are so cryptic with social stuff. My whole life I've found out that people didn't actually like me

It's not that anyone was putting down 1 and in general the fandom was great it was just an annoying thing where idiots got rude with me about liking Bill and Micah. I get it a lot in any fandom but this one was especially annoying

I just love 1 for many reasons, it has nice art and the zombie dlc.

It's a weird one and I know of some people who hate the art style but I love weird creative games.
I agree with what you say though! Fantastic game with one of the best soundtracks too.

RDR2 is a masterpiece but it has it's flaws too and I'm just a bit of a grudge holder.
I also just got a bit sick of people being weird about who I liked from 2 as it had the bigger fandom

I also have a big gripe against 2 because it doesn't have full camera accessibility. I had to rewire my brain to play it on half inverted controls instead of fully inverted. I can no longer play my number 1 favourite game because of this.

Haha I'm a bit of an old fashioned weirdo who loves simplicity. The second game has the better story but the first game is just more fun to play. I 100% both games and 2 was just awful to do. I hate the food mechanics in 2, the world is too big to want to replay it.

Dredge and Paranormasight are big inspirations for me in terms of simple game, beautiful art style
