Working on a new character's sprites! She's actually the first person I designed for this game, and it's so wonderful to start to see her come to life!

I would love to do this, and start labeling things progressively weirder the harder to find they were.
At first, you'd just see the "Sugar" and "Flour", but eventually you'd get to something like "goblin toes" (olives) and do a double take
You could say I've been spending a bit of time on UI assets....

Turns out one of the cats I'm watching here as well REALLY likes to sit exactly on the laptop when in use. Fully ignores it otherwise.

Wrote 2,000 words yesterday and I'm already at the old word count of my draft I had to delete most of, but I've just gotten to the point where that word count is REALLY gonna explode.

It's very fun! I used to do some with a buddy who was in Hema and it's an incredible workout as well as being entertaining lol.
Hema I guess is less of a type of gym and more of a martial art class, but very few gyms will offer it.
It's sword fighting! Mostly specialized in western European style, (long swords and the like) so different to Kendo or Fencing
Exactly! On one hand, it'll be a bit more crowded lol, but on the other it's of a lot of people in the same boat you are so it works out!
I've also been debating an in person gym, there's a Hema gym and a bouldering gym and both look very fun
Once you get there it'll be so much fun! And you're not alone, so many people are nervously getting into gym hobbies to better themselves so you'll be in great company!
As long as you do!
Technically I do have days off I try to stick to lol, tho sometimes my bf has to trick me into actually taking the days off 🤣
To the slight concern of everyone around me lol
I have this feeling all the time! Especially if I have a good day and creative things flow and I have to stop it to go to my day job. I just want to be creative! Work on projects with whimsy and take time!
But no I gotta optimize everything to go do other stuff
Thank you! Honestly beyond my poor poor eyes, it's mostly exciting for me to see this project become an actual thing with every line I add, so it's very motivating!
