It's a move where the pokemon wags their finger rhythmically left to right - Like a metronome.

I mean, as long as you have a clicker, there already is.
You just need some patience, obedience, and a little bit of training.
Soon enough, each time an anonymous message asks you to use the clicker, you'll be doing so before you even process the message.
Being at a friend's house as they ask you one of these questions, staring you directly in the eyes.
And in the middle of your flustered silence, the friend then looks over to their dog, repeating the question as if it had always been for them.
