Obviously, we are still a target for LEOs and vigilantes, but a state which I have presumed to be in a severe facist slope has had its canine teeth grinded down.

My understanding is that no more records will be updated until March 26. Which was my biggest objection to the law. Obviously it is all heinous, but that’s concession alone seems to imply that the state isn’t going to get away with invalidating credentials overnight.

My understanding (as someone that did not pass the LSAT) is that the state has agreed to not enforce the law until at least March 26. We will have additional commentary from the judge by Tuesday evening.

The judge hearing this can’t say “cisgender.” He has literally gone to great lengths to avoid saying “transgender” or “cisgender.”
