Incredible new-ish mural in Corning- painted in 2024, I didn’t notice it last year.

Big budget surplus = good.
Using that surplus for wasteful spending = not good.
Right now, Iowa is spending $300 million on an unaccountable voucher program while constitutionally underfunding public education. That’s not an accident — it’s a choice.
