case of small book. there are three green boards made from vulcanized paper laminated/glued in 4 layers then pressed. the boards are them wrapped in book cloth and the inner area on each cover is filled in with some more green paper to make the thickness the same
book clamped spine up. the spine has been glued with pva, covered in thin cloth and glued some more. finally the end bands were added in red and yellow
