It is so damning of US news media that so many outlets refuse to just straight up say that Senator Tim Sheehy assaulted an activist.

Every reasonable person should pick an office to run for and do it. We'd be in a better spot if elected office were seen as a temporary but inevitable civic responsibility like jury duty.
