I think if they decided they were going to call it, and called the holding every time giving penalties for it or free kicks away, it would certainly sen a message. Right now the message is anything goes.

That hold by Saliba should be a penalty.

They could start by calling the fouls that are being committed. There’s more contact in one of these #ARSCHE corners than on the pen/red card in the Palace game today.
