The Lawyers’ Committee strongly opposes the SAVE America Act.
This unnecessary bill would impose new proof-of-citizenship requirements and disenfranchise millions of eligible voters, disproportionately harming Black communities and other voters of color.

Hi Lara, thank you for your work. We look at voter registration rates among 18yos and PA is among the lowest of the states we study. As of Dec 29 on 23% were registered compared to 85% of those age 45+. Comparison to other states and county level data here: data.thecivicscenter.org/state/PA/
