There’s a lot to be said about living in the past.

To be fair it hasn’t gotten that bad but that’s definitely more of a focus than before.
I’m all for profit if it gets shared about a bit but it isn’t and my real wage is slowly but surely going down the inflationary gurgler.

I spent my 40th doing a hot and smelly 16 hour overnight shift up a 22m high tower in an industrial site then coming home to find my toxic in-laws had invaded.

The company I work has has grown greatly since I first started 25 years ago. With that growth has come corporate mentalities. It’s not the same place anymore that’s for sure.
