I think something is telling me outright that I need to just take a break at this point.
The thoughts of my best never being good enough and my routine being heavily reliant on the people I live with have really taken their toll and it’s hard to concentrate on anything else.
I’ll probably have to take this afternoon off since I’m unsure if someone’s coming today to fix a leaking pipe in the loft of my folks’ house and don’t want to risk getting disturbed part way through the stream.

I’m starting to notice a pattern when ever I eat anything with red meat nowadays. My body in general feels awful after a meal and I can feel a slight burning sensation in my right side, not doubt that’s my gallbladder getting inflamed.
That’s a clear sign I need to stop eating the stuff.
