I was a guest at London Comic Con Spring last weekend and I took the boys with me. Henry really likes comic cons these days so it's always a good time. He was obsessed with this 'Garlic' and followed it around for ages, haha!

That's awesome! Lower Decks is my one true 21st century Trek, and a small part of that comes from the "oh, thank god, it's not another prequel."
Ha! I did have one or two advantages - I'm left-handed and she was primarily foil. (I was quite good at the time too - I did competitions and won stuff, but still!)
And I went in determined to make this the first Trek series I hated - I've always been flargh at the Academy idea, now was surely my chance! - but no, here I am enjoying it instead.
I'm generally enjoying, but by the end of episode five silent tears were streaming down my face. That one hit so damn hard.

Silver-lining for me: it made me start reading the books! I had to know if Cornwell had really written something so atrocious.
(I feel like adding that though I have had extremely poor experiences with more than one psychologist. My experience with my GP and various psychiatrists has been superb/life-saving.)
