I'm going to embrace my pettiness and try to get 40 kinds of Pokemon owned in my Pokedex before the rival fight on the SS Anne in FRLG.
"I caught 40 kinds, pal!"
GUESS WHAT BITCH SO DID I

A lemon is an artificial hybrid between an orange and a citron.
Ergo, life never gave us lemons; we made the lemons ourselves.
Shader compilation and excessive loading can both go jump off a cliff. I really don't care how necessary the games industry thinks either of these things are: they are detrimental to the user experience. The user should be playing your game, not watching a number go up while waiting to play.
So let me get this straight.
A semi-plausible story starts spreading about MS releasing a new version of Windows with an AI focus, only for said story to be a hallucination from AI?
Rogue AI makes the AI company look bad. This is comedy that writes itself.
Hi hello just QRPing some info abt this coming in from the other site. This news is fake, it was a hallucination.
*proceeds to laser piss on the moon.
Nice. I use Linux as well (EndeavourOS) and aside from some issues with exotic hardware, its been a pretty solid gaming experience. Valve really did well with Proton.
I swear, that whole "avoid every trainer I can" thing describes my young daughter and how she plays Pokemon. It's both funny and a tiny bit annoying.
Oops. My Americanism is showing. :P
And by "interesting," we mean "horrible."
Part of that is human nature. It's hard to tackle problems without personal investment in them.
That said, you are correct in saying that Americans need a lot to get invested. And we're also very bad at risk assessment when bad things threaten to cascade into worse things.
True. People of color haven't had much in the way of civil liberties throughout US history.
But it's hard to deny that it's been significantly worse for everyone since the War on Terror. That's all I was trying to get at with that remark.
That's what I was trying to get at with mentioning the past 20 years. 9/11 and the War on Terror were both incredibly damaging for our civil liberties, to the point that it seemed to kickstart a downward spiral.
You are right that it began even earlier, though.
That is such a boopable snoot.
I must boop it.
:3
If I had to guess, it has something to do with being able to tame the trees and the freezing food and have both as pets.
The world of Legends Arceus implies that civilization was less advanced and frightened of PokΓ©mon in olden times. They had to understand PokΓ©mon to advance.
Fair point. It still sort of counts because it's made of money. It just didn't start out that way, to your point.
That's where we're headed. Whether we actually get there? Still not certain.
I have a feeling the consequences for this administration will be severe when they try to disrupt the midterms...
Looks cool! I'm not entirely sold on the square engines and exhausts when the entire rest of the ship is rounded, but that's really the only complaint I have. It's simple, functional, and modeled/textured really well. Love the interior, too!
Same. Between my kids, housework, job, and working on my own game, I'm lucky to get a couple hours to play games. But I do get them often enough, and I enjoy my time gaming when I do.
One need not stop gaming as an adult, but one should keep their expectations reasonable.
Dunno about wallets, but we already have a money Pokemon...
I kinda get US doomer-ism. The past 20 years or so have seen encroaching infringements on US civil liberties and people did very little to stop them. It's tempting to think the latest scandal won't be different.
I have to hope it will, though. Everybody has a breaking point, even us Americans.
Honestly? I just used how the (UZ)Doom engine handles it internally.
I believe I used an A_SpawnProjectile function call.
Seeing some optimism for the new PokΓ©mon after being subjected to the fandom's endless bellyaching since at least Black and White puts my soul at ease.
Post something random, or you'll have an AWFUL March!
This is relatable AF
It helps that Game Freak and the PokΓ©mon Company are being wise and taking their time with this release. Pushing it to 2027 is a smart move.
Not to mention how vibrant and pretty Winds and Waves look in the trailer. Especially the water. Really, it looks nice.
This is me with gamedev right now. Kinda dragging my feet on putting bonus objectives into my game.
Slow and steady wins the race. Gotta live life at your own pace.
Ha! That rhymes. :P
Honestly, I use my block button sparingly. I generally believe in keeping my mind open. It would take someone saying something incredibly callous or incredibly stupid for me to consider blocking them.
That said, I've hid certain types of posts because I cannot be bothered to discuss sometimes.
