These trolls live for the interaction. Possibly they don’t even fully believe the positions the espouse. If I block them, not only does it feel good, I remove my ability to interact and feed their dark fire.

It was inevitable. I’m going to block every single one of them I see. I know I’ll never block them all. But it aligns with a life law I was taught in a communications class at UALR. “When people play games you don’t want to play. Don’t play.”

So I’m considering a change for myself here. I’ve noticed the trolls are starting to post their shit on Bluesky.

I too have severely decreased my news viewing. I used to be a news junky. But I have turned off all notifications of my news apps and rarely ever open one. And, I too have far less stress and anxiety. It’s sad it was so necessary.
